Cancellation & Refund Policy
A non-refundable £40 booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made more then 48 hours before the appointment may be able to transfer the deposit to a new booking date.

Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the £40 deposit being retained.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice may result in the full deposit being forfeited.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be transferred or refunded in full.
Refunds are provided only where services have not been delivered, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
